I am going to begin with East Mediterranid:
First of all, no author has ever used "East Mediterranid" as a classification. East Mediterranid is not a single type but rather a spectrum which includes several Mediterranid types.
From glossary of SNPA:
EAST-MEDITERRANID
Refers to the Mediterranid varieties, including Pontid, which are indigenous to the eastern Mediterranean areas. The term has also been applied to a larger selection of eastern European and Central Asian brunet dolichocephalic types, including Orientalids.

In short, East Mediterranid is neither Med Armenoid, neither Pontid + Arabid, neither Pontid + Iranid, neither Iranid + Armenoid, neither Pontid + Iranid + Arabid, nor something else. No author ever told East Mediterranid is X + Y + Z. It simply does not exist.
