Yes, i agree. All of these northern hypermorphic types are very closely related anyway, both genetically and metrically, which makes them very difficult to differentiate without actual anthropometric data. What most people have in mind when you talk about 'Faelid' and 'Bruenn' is most of the times not even close to how they actually look like.

Yes, i think lots of persons associate some nordid traits with faelids and some alpinid traits with brünns( maybe because lots of Irish persons have alpinid and borreby influence) like the snub nose when in fact true brünns have only convex or straight noses, right? Maybe it can be round and upward but it is always prominent and thick like a neanderthal nose, they are never snub nosed like alpines.
For example, some persons would think that this guy is just brünn but he have also alpinid influence( He looks like Rooney btw):
