But one thing I need to mention is that Thessaloniki in particular is a HUGE student destination and massive university culture from Greeks all over, Cyprus included. Many of those in the photos are not locals.

It's from Thessaloniki. It's full of Pontic Greeks. Looks like it. Not at all representative.

Edit: Searched the pics and they're from Cyprus. I was right all along. They don't look like northern Greeks. Some are straight Armenoid. Especially in the first pics.
