My sister (full sister, same mom and dad):

Is it normal such difference between a brother and a sister?

That's because you and your sister both received a different combination of genes from both of your parents. So what happens is that someone might end up inheriting more English for example from their parents than the other sibling even though they're both 100% related. It also gets to be complex combination of genes the more diverse someone's background is genetically speaking so the different combination genes you inherit from both parents becomes larger as a result. It's a shuffling of dna basically. My sister also has slightly different results from mine ancestry test too even though she's my full blooded sister.
