I converted my 23andme v5 raw data to v3 and uploaded it GenePlaza and got a very accurate result.

GenePlaza is not accurate for v5, but it sure is for v3/4.

Instructions convert 23andme raw data https://wilhelmhgenealogy.wordpress.com/convert-23andme-to-myheritage-and-gedmatch-classic/, you first need to upload to DNA.LAND.
