I was reading a thread and I have notice a map plotted by user Jana. I asked her how to do it and she sent me the following link https://www.theapricity.com/forum/showthread.php?197107-Post-Eurogenes-k15-individualized-PCA-mapping-coordinates
coordinates:
X = 491
Y = 280
I have plotted the result in the map

I have some questions though.
Do I have to consider that my admixture is close to people nearby?
if so what is the difference with single population result of Oracle K15

Murcia is not too close to the coordinates I got. Which one should be the right one?

What software did you use to plot the coordinates and how did you plot it on the software?

User Jana sent me this link https://www.theapricity.com/forum/showthread.php?197107-Post-Eurogenes-k15-individualized-PCA-mapping-coordinates
I went to this site http://gen3553.pagesperso-orange.fr/ADN/K15.htm
I got the coordinates
X = 491
Y = 280
Then I opened the map into Gimp. I used rulers to help me out: vertical = 491 & horizontal = 280 and I set the red point

Is Spanish first in the list? It is very far distance, something is wrong there.
Accordion to your population list I think it does look like average for Bulgarians.
But I can't be sure, other users will tell better.
edit: I checked the list again, I don't know actually may be some mix.

Exactly do not resize. Just set the rulers according to coordinates. What I did, was to crop the image to the relevant area but only after doing the plot juts for a better view.

Thanks Moje ime. Yes that is the question why I have two different results on plotting the map and the single population result from oracle.

SHe already told you why., Because of your 17% Amerindian which is pulling you east in the PCA

This graph is wrong, French have to be more at left than West Norwegian because they are more Atlantic and West Mediterannean anf less Baltic and Eastern.
