He almost looks like a Nazi caricature of a Jew, except for his narrow and tall forehead which would be anomalous on any phenotype and just looks strange. "Interesting" would be one way of putting it. I'd guess Dinarized Nordic, which if I am not mistaken is essentially what "Noric" is, but with some additional element causing the weird head shape.

I don't really know man, maybe there's nothing Nordic, I was just guessing since he has a long shaped head and that seems to be common in Nordics. He has those really prominent lines down alongside his face from his nose to the edges of his mouth...I don't know what the hell the name for them is, if there even is one. It's funny, there is absolutely nothing in his Wikipedia article that indicates Jewish ancestry, but he definitely gives me that vibe hardcore. As I said he looks like a caricature of a Jew. But that combination of features might just be an odd coincidence. I feel like everyone's phenotype is a roll of the dice to some degree.
