So from this September all schools will teach in both Turkish and Arabic. Ottoman military hardware continues to flood into the region as well as Turkish troops. Russia agreed a deal that means Assad cannot set foot in the area. I doubt the Turks will ever leave Idlib now or Afrin.
What does this mean?
The war is back on. Al Qaeda now has a safe haven to rearm and regroup. Saudis can start fining them again as well as all the other Jihadists the Turks have already armed trained and deployed. Israel and France already stated the war is over, however after this agreement - the war is back on!
