Dinaricized Pontid, just depigmented
Red hair is unnatural in Southeastern Europe, that's why he looks so odd.

Agreed
Probably Pontic or Anatolian Greek ancestry going by the surname

Many gauls and some celts assimilated into the Anatolian greek populations(Pontians,Cappadocians etc). There are some Pontians looking like this guy.My grandfathers brother has exactly the same colour with freckleds in the face.
Vasiliadis is Pontian surname mostly.

If Mediterranean, then more likely to be gracile, I see nothing robust about him to be pontid (a type that anthropologists themselves described as possibly existing in Greece)

Mostly, I had a classmate with the same surname and didn't have anatolian or pontian ancestry
