2nd and 3rdand 5th photo he almost looks euro but others u can see something off . Maybe depigmented irano afghan or Irano nordid.its a lil hard to place him cuz his look unique but he would go unoticed in Afghanistan and perhaps parts of eastern Iran

i have traveled extensively in Pakistan , imo you can easily find un groomed versions of OP throughout northern Pakistan.
