If Russian has "dark" eyes, hair and skin it doesn't mean he/she has Mongolian admixture. There are plenty darker Europeans than this one. She looks East Slavic as fuck.

I can not say that this girl is Russian 100%. I cannot say that there is no Tatar or other Asian impurity in it. I can see she has increased profile face angles, but that doesn't always tell us about Mongoloid. Often the case pseudo Mongoloid Baltic type, when in big cheekbones sink a small nose. People who are used to living in a society with big noses sometimes confuse this with Mongoloid.

If someone has some exotic admix older than 1000 or 2000 years then it is not important anymore and that becomes part of one ethnicity.

"White" is an unscientific term and Europa is a geographical term. "White" is a subjective term.

It is not the Jews. It's the southern Italians. Ashkenazi and southern Italians have a common origin, so they are similar. Northern Italians have a small European admixture, so sometimes look like Europeans.

Actually, they don't have common ancestry. European Jews are half Levantine half North Italian, and that pulls them close to southerners.
They don't look the same either, with Ashkenazi being lighter pigmented but with west Asian facial features while Southern Italians are typical Southern European meds. :)
