In the Czech language you have different words for 'to marry'.

oženit se 'to take as wife'
vdát se 'to take as husband'

But you also have the neutral 'brát se'. :p

The latest poll in 2018 had 50% of people who were in favour of legalising same sex marriages. I wonder whether all of those verbs would get used in such context as well.

Nah, it's the same in our language too, just less compressed in one word. 'Dan verklaar ik jullie nu als in het echt verbonden' instead of 'als man en vrouw' for instance.

Now we use two words
"manželství" = marriage (man aka man; želstství aka žena) for "traditional couples"
"partnerství" = partnership for "homosexual couples"; "registered partnership" is legal but it hasn't the status of marriage but it is kind of similar.

I wonder if a gay man who's married is called 'vdaný' in Czech and a married lesbian woman 'ženatá'. Instead of the usual 'vdaná' and 'ženatý' as is the norm. The dictionary doesn't mention the existence of those forms, at least.

No :) their official status is just "partnerství" = "partnership"
