Those what you call Balto-Venedic (or more correctly Balto-Slavic) is linguistical group.

Classification North Pontid. Very typical Russian, and not very passing in Baltic states, but in Russia, Ukraine, totally!

My classification is Baltic he looks Baltic as fuck. He can't pass outside Baltic area.
