I clearly see here, evidence of Lombard ancestry, as we know some parts of Enna had Gallo-Italic settlement. But their MENA elements are around the typical range for what is scored on MyHeritage for Sicily, which makes me think someone from this area who doesn't have Gallo-Italic ancestry would have higher than average Middle Eastern.

I am not sure. But I know Enna has Gallo-Italic settlements from the Middle Ages.

How Sicily works in general is something like this:
- Syracuse shifts toward mainland Greece
- Trapani shifts toward mainland Italy and Iberia
- SOME but not all Ennese have Gallo-Italic ancestry
- The rest of the island is similar to Crete or the Dodecanese
