Not sure, but I do think it has something to do with their liberal views. They should just allow anyone to buy a paternity test if they want to. Judges aren't always correct or fair

i think Judiciary sistem is the next big enemy right wing parties have to face in europe, not a coincidence our judges in Italy had Salvini investigated for kidnapping of africans (just an example), so i can imagine they can also do this kind of stuff

I think the French political establishment want to prevent French people to be proud of their genetics.
