Saddam Hussein (4), if one wills to consider syrid as an arabid subtype. I'd classify him as syrid and Asian alpinoid. Mohammed Morsi (1) is mostly egyptid, but there's a Southern Arab vibe to him, which might as well be just veddoid survivor...

I don't think any of the others have significant arabid traits. Mohammed VI (3), who was already mentioned, is berberid and African alpinoid.
