One of my absolutely favourite actresses and I agree one of the most beautiful. She was of English, Irish and possibly some Armenian descent. She's very similar to Irish actress Maureen O'Sullivan.

I think she's North Atlantid and CM (Alpine).

These actresses are always the hardest to place.
Women are harder to place anyway as they are less extreme than men in features.
The main “weapon” is pigmentation. With light blue eyes and pale skin and dark hair it would be easy to place Vivien Leigh in NW Europe/Britain.
However similar looks can be found on this actress who was Austrian jewish.

I heard it might have been some Bengali or Parsi but all her biographers say she had no Indian ancestry. Her mother was auburn haired and blue eyed and looked Irish (she did indeed have Irish ancestry). Anyway it is a bit of a mystery about Vivien Leigh's maternal ancestry if she had Parsi or Armenian blood.
