Do you think this map fairly represents the grouping of Italy and South Balkans, on a autosomal level? What would you change?

Farily accurate from what I've observed. Most Albanians and Greeks cluster close to Tuscans for some reason.

Pretty accurate, but I would not include too much of the South Slavic countries in the Greek-Albanian-Central South Italian cluster.
Sicily/Calabria/Aegean islands is accurate.

Yes pretty accurate from the clusters I've seen over the past two years.
