I think he's a common phenotype around the area (Montenegro, Herzegovina, Bosnia etc.) as Mordid said Borreby + slight Dinarid.
Somehow he reminds me of Arthur Kemp in 4th picture, though he is much bigger than him.

LOL, Borreby element isn't so common in Albos. When I posted fmr. Montenegrin President Bulatovic, safinator said he doesn't look so Albanian.

How about Northern Alboz look like Montenegrins/Herzegovinians, so more robust on avg. Plus obviously there is Gheg-Tosk division among you so you aren't monolithic.
