All the people tested are native to a single region (meaning their 4 grandparents were all born in that single region).
Made with the Eurogenes EUtest calculator, which is a bit outdated but still. Many regions are underrepresented (ex. Lazio that shows a Nordic admixture equal to that of the northern regions, very unlikely).

Highest Baltic (East Euro, which peaks in Udmurts + South Baltic, which peaks in Estonians) admixture: Friuli-Venezia Giulia (20-25%)

Highest Nordic (North Central, peaks in Norwegians) admixture : Ticino (20-25%)

Highest Atlantic (peaks in French Basques) admixture: Ticino (20-25%)

Highest West Med (peaks in Sardinians) admixture: Sardinia (40-50%)

Highest East Med (peaks in the Druze population) admixture: Calabria (30-35%)

Highest West Asian (peaks in Georgians) admixture: Campania (10-15%)

Highest MENA (Middle Eastern, peaks in Bedouins) admixture: Calabria (10-12.5%)

Highest Asian (East Asian, which peaks in Han Chinese + Siberian, which peaks in Nganasans + South Asian, which peaks in Dravidians) admixture: Insignificant admixture in all regions.

Highest SSA (East African, which peaks in Maasai + West African, which peaks in Yoruba) admixture: Sicily (1-2%)

What is the difference between MENA and East-Med here? As East-Med is heavily in Levant also.

Interesting thread but I would love to know where exactly the regions of Mena, East Med, and West Med are supposed to represent

MENA is just Middle Eastern admixture (EUtest calculator, outdated) and peaks in Bedouins. East-Med peaks in the Druze population.
Anyway the sample is not equally distributed among the regions, ex. Lazio is underrepresented.

MENA = EUtest Middle Eastern admixture = peaks in Bedouins.
East Med = EUtest East Med admixture = peaks in the Druze population.
West Med = EUtest West Med admixture = peaks in Sardinians.

What's interesting is Baltic, Nordic, Atlantic decrease as you go South but also West Med. While the rest is the opposite, increases as you go South. East med, West Asian and MENA. Asian and SSA not being significant anywhere.
