they are from mansehra which is heartland of Hindko belt , Hindko people are a mixture of Punjabis and Pashtuns.

NI/IB + irano afghan. most of them at least. i see tibetid/mongoloid influence in 2 dudes.

equally split i'd say. half of them look like punjabis but the other half look closer to pashtuns.
