now that I think about it, I guess he is a little too dark to be a Serbian. I think his skin color betrays him. From the pictures that I have seen, Serbs almost always have light Skin.

That Wikipedia article doesn't cite the source for claiming his mother is Tuscan and even if she was she would not be northern Italian. The Wikipedia article in Italian doesn't even contain Cutugno's mother origin but it states that his father is a navy officier so this is why he was born in Tuscany.
