I've seen people who look like him. He looks like a Dinaro-Med with an exotic touch. Certainly less exotic than somebody like Divac or Danijel Petkovic, he could pass in the areas you mentioned, but definitely not in South Asia as Markos and ayetooey mentioned...he would be foreign as fuck over there.

I don't see much of Dinarid as well. He looks rather squared and short build like Alpine or smth...

We don't really have Montenigs or Sandzakians in the UK lol and any we do will be recent immigrants not middle aged policeman with English accents. Pause at 1:10 and compare him to this British-Indian.

Btw whatever his ethnicity the policeman in that video is reasonable and the driver he caught is a chavy evasive boy-racer nobhead.
