Turanid-Alpine rather than Uralid in my opinion. My first guess would be Romania or Bulgaria rather than Russia.

I don't know her ethnic background, I only know she is from Russia.

Hapa means half-Caucasian\half-Mongolian? Might be, though she looks more Caucasoid imo. She would never be taken for a native in Mongolia.
