Ancestral Turkic/proto Turkic look is pure Mongoloid (East Asian + Siberian). Kazakhs and Kyrgyz got additional Mongloidness from Mongolic peoples (Khitans, Mongols, etc). Where ones Mongoloidness comes from also matters, is it ancestral Turkic or Mongolic or Tibeto-Burmese or Chinese.

But these are Türks, they are late comers on the Turkic podium. Ashina and 500 families were deported to Altai from modern day China by Rourans, mixed with local Altaians, other Turkic peoples and remaining steppe Indo-Europeans forging Türk identity.

Also, there is no such thing as "Kipchak Turks". The original Kipchaks were slaughtered by Ghengis Khan en masse. Today they comprise small pockets of tribes within some modern Turkic populations. "Kipchak" is a modern 20th century linguistic allocation.

I don't think you understand steppe composition in that time period. The samples are from Kazakhstan, the area that was undergoing Turkification. The distances from modern Turkic populations are also substantial. The original Türks or Ashina's volk were very small group of people (500 families) from an area that stretches from northern Xinjiang to Gansu to the great wall of China. They themselves were probably not fully Turkic because of places they originated from, the first names of their Kaghans and name Ashina itself.
