I think people have a tendency to get overly caught up in skin tone/complexion. I think she looks distinctly west European. And her general facial features/proportions do not look inherently 'exotic' to me at least.

Hell i even knew KKK members who were dark (looked sort of like Elvis P) and went around belittling Italians, Jews and Poles. I never understood the term "paleo-atlantid". It seems like an ethnically based phenotype (since it's only applied to Brits and Irish) and virtually homogeneous to the Mediterranean type, at least in my eyes. Because if she were Spanish or Italian, nobody would call her a paleo atlantid, but rather med. It looks like, any dark individual from the British Isles is automatically labelled a paleo-atlantid. I don't quite get it and it seems biased IMO. Now maybe there is a distinctive paleo atlantid look, but I just don't see it in her. Julia Roberts may be a contender though.

First of all, the type was well defined by Lundman, man. It's also often used as a synonym to Tydal.
Secondly, it's generally considered a mix of CM and Atlanto-Med leaning more towards the former.
Also, Paleo Atlantid (unlike Alpine) has large facial and cranium dimensions and is a robust type. Importantly, the type is dolicho- to mesocephalic and doesn't show influence from brachycephalic individuals.

It isn't an exclusively British/Irish type (don't know from where you got that idea) - it's present throughout Western, Southern and Northwestern Europe. I and other posters have posted examples from various countries in the Paleo Atlantid thread (French, Spanish, Bulgarian, Norwegian, Italian, Greek, Albanian, Swedish and probably some others I can't remember right now, so if you check it you'll see the type isn't uniquely British/Irish). Besides, I don't classify people according to nationality but based on their features - as it has to be.
I have called a good number of Iberians and Italians Paleo Atlantid (when they have fitted the bill, of course), btw. It isn't the same as Mediterranean because it has some typical CM traits like stronger browridge (especially among males), wider bizygomatic than any unmixed Med type, well-pronounced gonial angles and jaw, larger facial and skull dimensions (by Lundman), broader nose and often a more muscular body and thin lips.
Zeta-Jones matches the criteria for the type quite well. She's probably meso and doesn't look alpinised/reduced/infantile at all.

Julia Roberts isn't a good example of any type, in my opinion, as she seems to have various components.
I believe she's a mix of general Atlantid, Dinarid and CM. Her nose and eyes look particularly different from the Paleo Atlantid type (nose is quite typically Dinaric and eyes are more protruding with no brow bone):
