Perhaps you are thinking of actress Lesli Kay? I don't think they look alike as the American actress is clearly North Atlantid and the Greek woman is not.

If she looks close to any American soap actress, it would probably be Connie Sellecca who is of Italian descent.

She doesn't strike me as Anatolian. She does seem to be admixed with the mainland however.
