I don't think so, since Pontid is more long-faced type. It's rather an Alpinid feature, i guess.

Her forehead is very flat. That's usually observed among Mongoloid types. I think she has such influence.

Cannot speak about your city as I haven't visited Croatia but if this trait is common on larger level with certain variations, then I guess the majority have a Baltid element which can resemble this.
