Well, we can already rule out non-Levantines for Ashkenazi and non-North Africans/Levantines for Sephardim. Based on nMonte:
Model Sample Details Fit Ashkenazi Jew
1 Ashkenazi_Jew Egyptian:Average 12.8293 100
2 Ashkenazi_Jew Jordanian:Average 9.6859 100
3 Ashkenazi_Jew Lebanese_Christian:Average 5.5187 100
4 Ashkenazi_Jew Lebanese_Druze:Average 5.2881 100
5 Ashkenazi_Jew Lebanese_Muslim:Average 5.2465 100
6 Ashkenazi_Jew Moroccan:Average 20.3744 100
7 Ashkenazi_Jew Palestinian:Average 7.7157 100
8 Ashkenazi_Jew Tunisian:Average 16.5923 100
Model Sample Details Fit Sephardic Jew
1 Sephardic_Jew Egyptian:Average 11.343 100
2 Sephardic_Jew Jordanian:Average 8.0315 100
3 Sephardic_Jew Lebanese_Christian:Average 4.2007 100
4 Sephardic_Jew Lebanese_Druze:Average 4.1471 100
5 Sephardic_Jew Lebanese_Muslim:Average 4.1947 100
6 Sephardic_Jew Moroccan:Average 19.1308 100
7 Sephardic_Jew Palestinian:Average 6.5146 100
8 Sephardic_Jew Tunisian:Average 15.3161 100
Lebs are closest. No data for Syrians but they are similar. So it's between Lebanese and Syrians, I would say on average Lebanese are closer since east Syrians are bedouin/Mesopotamian shifted(I think) which would push them away from Ashkenazi and Sephardic Jews.

Jews are probably closer to Turks than any pure Levantines.

And those in the far south(Houranis) are Jordanian-ish right? In that case it's definitely Lebanese which are closer.
I would have said Palestinians but is this not the case?
Palestinians have some(I think like 30%) Bedouin admixture which pushes them away from Jews. It makes sense that their closest relatives would be the least admixed Levantines.

Could Samaritans fit the bill? I don't know how admixed they are but they do live in the same area.

Basically this along with the Christians and the Druze with some Muslims.

Technically Kingdom of Judah was geographically closer to Modern day Jordan than to Modern day Lebanon.
Kingdom of Israel (Samaria) was closer Modern day to Lebanon.

It would make sense that Lebanese are the closest. Afterall they're western shifted. While Palestinian and Syrians are southern shifted.

Supposing that Ashkenazi Jews are a mix of middle eastern people and Europeans we can conclude that the Lebanese is the most closest group. This middle eastern group has mixed more than any other middle easterners with Europeans since the age of crusades.

Depends. The Sweida region in the Houran is mainly Druze, although they are originally from Lebanon and only moved there in the 18th century after an inter-Druze war in Lebanon. But indeed, Southern Syrian Sunni Arabs are mostly a mixture of Levantine and Bedouin, North/Eastern Syrian Sunni Arabs a mix of Mesopotamians and Bedouins, whilst those in the North/West and coastal regions mostly a mix of Levantine and Turkish.

Phenotypically probably yes, since many Turks are of Greek, Albanian, Bosnian or other European descent. Genetically to neither.
