He is Spanish indeed. His surnames are Fernandez Llimós, is it related to any specific region of Spain? I know he's from Spain, but not where in Spain.

Well we mustn't forget Iberia has (moderate) Germanic influences, too. It stands to reason you'll get a few people with his looks.

People make stereotypes for each country based on what they deem to be the most common type, or just media- or culture-influenced (an uncultured American may think that people in Iberia is like the mestizos from Mexico they are used to just because they speak Spanish). I don't see him as exquisite in Iberia, because I am used to see types like his around here, despite not being predominant.

He doesn't have a look that most would right off the bat identify as Iberian, but that doesn't mean he isn't part of the phenotypical diversity there.
