Open your raw data and search for rs4680, post your results.

AA - Worrier. Higher dopamine levels, lower pain threshold, more vulnerable to stress. More efficient at processing information, better memory and attention.
AG - Intermediate
GG - Warrior. Lower dopamine levels, higher pain threshold, higher emotional resilience and cooler under stress. Higher risk of schyzophrenia and endometrial cancer.

This is me really...
I don't always go 'all in' but I am rather careful in my actions.
However if cornered with no escape I can go 'all in' for sure.

That might contribute to your reported depression and anxiety, researchers found significant correlation between AA and anxiety disorders.

This is from MyGenomeBox (http://www.mygenomebox.com) they have many apps. The ancestry ones are just calculators that are available elsewhere, so I wouldn't bother with them.

I got GG too. Apparently GG is most frequent in East Asians and Yorubas. rs909525 is a variant woth higher frequency among Eurasians associated to aggressivity and anger-related disorders, what do you get at it?

Interesting, a lot of people seem to be getting AG. rs909525 doesn't seem to be on 23andme, I can't browse my FTDNA raw data either as I don't have excel. How else can I find out?

Fucking GG. Shit. It seems like bullshit though because I'm literally AG except for the higher pain tolerance. I don't want to get cancer (I think endometrial is exclusive to women though) and schyzophrenia either.

Just realized I was looking at rs468056 in my autosomal file, not rs4680. I used the search function and it pulled up rs468056 first so I automatically assumed that was the one. Looking further I can't seem to find just rs4680, so I guess I'll never know for certain if I'm a Worrier or a Warrior, but I have a feeling I'd be the former.

https://www.selfhacked.com/blog/worrier-warrior-explaining-rs4680comt-v158m-gene/

More impulsive (AA vs GG). (R) More significant in people who had AA for this gene AND TT for rs6313. (R)

GG(from the link Incelslayer posted):
The Good
Better handling of stress and pain. [R]
Better at learning languages. (R)
More Cooperative, Helpful and Empathic (GG, in females) (R)
Higher emotional resilience/able to handle negative events well. [R]
Increased verbal fluency for females (also decreased for males). (R)
Better working memory and higher hippocampal volume – in healthy chinese. (R) As you can see AA is not always smarter than GG and it depends on other factors.
GG deprived of sleep responded well to modafinil in terms of improved vigor and well-being, and maintained baseline performance with respect to executive functioning. AA individuals barely responded to the drug at all. [R]
Can more easily get into hypnosis. [R]
GG results in more methylation in the gut (R).

The Bad
Less pleasure out of life – AA’s had twice the positive emotion towards an event than GG’s. GG people subjectively viewed a very pleasurable event on the same level that AA would view a slightly pleasurable event.
Lower IQ (tested in people with schizophrenia) (R)
Worse executive function/processing information, but better under stress. However, realize that this one gene only accounts for not more than 4% of the difference in executive function. The FAB exam tests executive function. GG scored an average of 16.0, GA 15.7 and AA 15.3. These scores are statistically significant, but not large. [R]
Worse fine motor skills (AA vs GG) (control of small muscles in the fingers for grasping and manipulation). (R)
Less Exploratory (R)
More childhood depressive symptoms for GG. (R)
2X Increased risk for breast cancer. (R)
GG has 11X Higher risk of getting schizophreniform disorder from smoking pot as a teenager. AG has a 2.5X likelihood. However, a later study did not find this. (R)
Increased risk for endometrial cancer.

Seems like the negatives to GG are pretty bad. AA had far more positives

It wasn't mentioned there, but GG are also more likely to be extroverted and reckless due to lower activity in the frontal lobe caused by lower levels of dopamine. The frontal lobe, the part of our brain that suppress socially unacceptable responses and make us worry about the future, contains most of our dopamine sensors in the cerebral cortex.
