Where do French Celtiberians originate from? Are the descendants of the Spanish Celtiberians (and if so, how long ago did they leave the Iberian Peninsula?) or did they originate from a different population?81211

I guess, it is not recent. Most probably, their ancestors have been in France since prehistorical times.

The French are Gauls. Celtiberians are Iberians which is obvious by the name.

This map is very, very simplified. These phenotypes predate such groups as "Celts", "Germanics" and "Celtiberians" by millenia.
