he's got an interesting look. sometimes he looks like a tanned white guy other times he looks mestizo.

Looks some CM type, he has also known native american ancestry which is not that visible on his features, but the high cheekbones could be the result of that .

He's only 1/16 Native, where do you think he passes?

France, British (southern shifted) , Central europe , maybe even balkans but he has more of a western shifted face, regarding that his ancestry is mainly from there.
