I think he’s too old to classify, but he might be some kind of Indid + IA + some Turanid.

It was to be Pamirid (the non mongolic influenced type).

Nose is bigger for a nepali. Pakistan tribes have distinct look due to selective endogamy

Doesn’t look typical Nepali to me, but he would be taken as Chhetri in Nepal. His looks is more common in Western Himalayas imo
