I think you mean Tayfun which is literally Typhoon.

Tayfun is Typhoon you know. From Chinese word Tai Fung (Strong Wind).

His firstname Tayfur is Arabic, that's sort of small bird.
His last name Havutçu means Carrot Seller. Havuç being etymologically Persian in origin (Havic / هوج)
