To me the current real Plutocracy is all, almost without an exception, big in the financial sector, especially as bankers.

Being rich alone doesn't make on a Plutocrat, especially not if this person doesn't use the wealth for more than disproportional political and societal influences. Since I don't know this man too good, I can't say too much about him in this respect, but just wanted to make that clear, that being must not, automatically, mean being a PlutoCRAT, which implies always a great deal of more or less direct political influence, like families of the Rothschilds and Rockefellers have it.

This individual, from the little bit I know, could qualify though.

I think it is fair to say that he is a more Leptosomic Nordoid variant with Cromagnoid tendencies, closest to the Trønder-type, obviously highly progressive and a very high social/elite type.
