From the same city Koneurgench there are more mongoloid looking people and their language sounds different from Turkmen. Turkmen people speak with a lisp pronouncing -t- as -th-. While Kazakhs and Uzbeks pronounce sound -t- firmly.

I think that these people ( video below) are Karakalpaks or Uzbeks from Uzbekistan because city Koneurgench borders Karakalpak region of Uzbekistan.

That's because they're descendants from local Iranic peoples and Turkic migrants to the area.

Prior to the establishment of the Persian empires, Persian tribes are said to have came from Turkmenistan and into Iran. But these people are very mufh mixed
