Agree with that examples you said but something about those thick dark eyebrows that I associate with other ethnicities like Iberian Arab or Sicilian.

idk i've not seen any sicilians look like him. iberian arab maybe and that explains the mexican as well since some mexicans shift towards that pheno as well.
