I heard living DNA is only worth for people coming from the Brittish Islands, but I score high there anyway, so would it worth to buy for me?

My results, judge for yourself (I have no actual British ancestry):

What test did you take originally? I'd recommend either 23andme or AncestryDNA way before Living DNA.

MyHeritage.

I want a test that includes YDNA and MTDNA

If you're just looking for haplogroups go with either 23andme or FTDNA. If you also want an ethnicity breakdown then definitely just go with 23andme.

I would not really recommend it for you at this stage (you'll probably get half British), but eventually when they get their German project finished it should be worth it. The Haplogroup info is good though.

I'm quite satisfied with the haplogroups, they went fairly deep with the subclades for a reasonable price.

Does LivingDNA test subclades? How deep do they go compared to something like 23andme or FTDNA?

I just did ancestrydna and I will see how the results compare to my 23andme.

Thanks for this; looks pretty detailed. Just curious, I thought I-M223 was a Slavic (or Balkan I guess) sublcade, but maybe I'm wrong. Either way, were you expecting this haplogroup? Seems like it'd be a little strange in your part of Italy, but then again I don't know much about haplogroups.

It does not, but you can apparently upload the raw data to places like Wegene and get your Y-DNA and MtDNA

Yeah I did both MorleyDNA and 23andme and got different groups. Tbh I'd like to do deep Y-testing someday. (But as for now I'd trust my 23andme report more)

Nothing Slavic about I-M223, peaks in Germanic speakers. Also nothing unheard of in Piedmont:

Ah, thought I2 was a Balkan group. My bad, thanks for clearing that up.
