There is one tested guy on SDP with same surname as guy from Trebinje which you mentioned and he is R1b-U152.

Tested guy is from Vojvodina, but he is probably descendants of colononists from Trebinje area. In Vojvodina there are a lot of colonists from Dinaric area after WW2, and laso from Trebinje area and whole Herzegovina.
