I guess, Paleo Europid is not the same type as Proto Europid? Or are they the same?

In Western Europe the Paleo-Atlantid type is most ancient.
In Eastern Europe the Pre-Slavic type is most ancient.
In in Southern Europe the Paleo-Sardinian type is most ancient.
These types are too diverse to put into one category.
Such a category would be nonsensical. Categorize based on common features not on how long types have existed.
That is how Cro-magnons, Nordics, Alpines, and Mediterraneans are sorted.

By Paleo Europid I mean WHG, SHG and EHG etc.
If such a type exists.
it is paleo-atlantid, i think, maybe because it is the most ancient European phenotype?

The most old europeans were the cro magnons, then the cromagnoid types.

There is some truth to what you say.
Before the Neolithic migrations continental western Europeans resembled paleo-Sardinians. They were distinct from modern Mediterraneans in that they had more primitive features such as mild proganthism and large brow-ridges. They are somewhat associated with cro-magnons.
In Scandinavia and the British isles the taller more robust paleo-Atlantid was more common and that type is closely associated with the original cro-magnons.
However, when taking about Eastern Europeans it becomes more difficult to hold that Cro-Magnon types represent the oldest morphology because all cro-magnon types are based of remains from Western European sites and not Eastern European sites.
Archaic Eastern Europeans may have been more brachycephalic than Paleo-Atlantids or Paleo-Sardinians for instance and the Pre-Slavic type reflects this.

During Ice Age Eastern Europe was covered by a giant ice sheet and if occupied, was by europid-mongolid intermediates and with important neanderthal influence, possibly only recently such area was occupied by europids proper.
