They got my mtDNA right (W6) and my autosomal results seem to be correct as well. Doesnt matter, anyway, cos I'm getting more autosomal and other dna tests done. With 23andMe, MyHeritage, LivingDNA, Nebula Genomics, and DNA Diagnostics Center (DDC) Cincinnati OH.

If you truly have ancestry from there, yes. Actually this malformed calculator is by chance the best detector for Saami ancestry for Scandinavians, where a full Saami has some 40-45% non-European.

The autosomal differences you refer to are true but due to a later genetic drift. So there are a couple of things that are a later development but not reflected in terms of ancestry per 10 kybp.
