Most frontal phone cameras have a wide angle lens to make up for the lack of distance, so it pulls the face forward, resulting in a clown nose effect.

That could be the case as well. Phone cameras deliver poor quality pictures.

Dude, I just got told that my face looks photoshopped and I have a huge nose. I just came here to narrow my DNA test results down, not to be passively insulted. Thank you.

You're too sensitive. I have the same nose as you and I can confirm that it does look bigger in pictures because of what I described.
