Actually my genetically half-brother in Manila does that lol. He's married and fully attached to his wife by paper, but goes off on the weekends to visit his other GFs. I was actually shocked to discover this, but if even my own bro does it then it must at least be semi-widespread in certain circles around Philippines if I had to guess. But I would say that most Pinoys in general don't really get into the habit or custom of such a practice. :)
