I am a friend of Mikey's, he lead me here.
This looks like a great site, I am glad to be here.

I live a few miles outside of Detroit Michigan. So you know I am glad to be among my own kind, even if only online.

I enjoy cats, reading, shooting guns, collecting flashlights, listening to music.

My musical tastes run from Classical to Industrial, Neo Folk, Apocalyptic, Martial, Militaristic, EBM, Dark Ambient.

Richard Wagner was Genius.

I do not watch television programs. There is a reason it's called Programming. I use mine only for watching DVD's. And only very rarely.

Anything else anyone wants to know, just ask, if it's appropriate, I will answer.

You will notice that you are indeed amongst your own kind- although we might not agree with everything you say or the other way around.
I hope that you are not afraid of debates ?:thumbs up:coffee:

Furry, Breathing and Alive! :)

My cat Molly is 18 years old, if she makes it to June, she will be 19 years old. She survived the Chinese poisoning her two years ago with that bad pet food, and the stuff they shipped to the US and Canada to mix in pet food. Here is her picture from a few months ago, she still looks pretty good for all she has been through.

I am also NOT a fan of dogs.
Cats are the BEST!

HEY, I have not seen any of Richard Norton's videos for a while, he was banned from YouTube a while back and I had not looked him up in a while. Thanks for posting that video of his cats. Glad he's back, love watching his kitties.

And Thank You to everyone who has welcomed me here. This site is a very friendly one.

Huh? My grandmother went to her neighbour when her cat got to old to take care of him self. He very much shot him, think it was the best way for the cat and well it was nice of her neighbour.

Yes.. but I don't mean THAT. There have been some reports here lately about people just shooting cats for fun.

Then be specific :P That's bad though, unless they are stray cats but I doubt it. I would not like someone shooting at my property :(

Welcome! I myself have three cats, all black. Didn't plan on three black cats, it just happened that way. The youngest one of all, half Manx, with a long, luxurious tail if you can believe it, was originally a dusky gray, with rosy brown ears, face, and tail. Turned out black too. :) His name is Persuader, the tuxedo cat is The Gremlin Mouser, and the one with short fur, and tabby striping, is Tauchers.

Aside from Wagner, what Classical music do you enjoy?

Beethoven, Bach, Vivaldi, some Rossini, Franz Lehar.
But for me Wagner is top, Parsifal is one of my very favorites. I love the Ring Cycle too. But hey, who doesn't?

I also really love Celtic music and some traditional Japanese flute music.

Oh, I am sorry, I have very similar views on National Socialism as did Adolf Hitler. I don't know if that answers your question or not. I am a great admirer of his and thought that things would have been so much better for everyone if things had happened differently in the 1930's to mid 1940's. Negative outside influences interfering in the workings of Germany etc. Wars that shouldn't have been. People just being left alone to run their own country.

I myself do not believe in Hitlerian NS but do respect the man a great deal...

And yes, a lot would have changed for the better if Hitler got his ways...

Well, some sad news, my cat Molly died last night. I knew it was going to be soon. She had not really been feeling very well the last few days.
She had been poisoned two years ago with that stuff the Chinese sold to the pet food manufactures in the US. Two years ago in March she was nearly dead, I had managed to get her better and for the last two years, she has had a pretty good life. Only recently we have noticed a decline. I am just glad that she didn't suffer too much and this didn't last a long time, she went fairly quickly. Just Wednesday she was enjoying herself and she was eating and having her treats. But on Thursday she wasn't eating and was refusing her treats, She was drinking water when we offered it to her. At 11:30 pm my Mom was going to bed, but stopped in the kitchen, Molly usually follows her there to get something to eat before going to sleep, my Mom said that Molly followed her into the kitchen, but she fell down and was crying, my Mom picked her up and put her on the couch, she called up to me and told me what happened and said that she wasn't sure if Molly was sleeping or had died, I went downstairs and Molly had died.

She was a great cat and will be very sadly missed.

Sorry to hear of Molly's passing. I love animals and have had cats and dogs both as pets.
When the last cat I had died of a severe kidney disorder I said never again would I get that attached to a pet as it hurt so much.:(
I have a goofy dog now.

Sounds like Molly led a long full life with a loving, caring owner.
