Lol they're all Bollywood actors. First 4 are Nord Indid + Irano-Afghan. Fifth one is Nord Indid, perhaps a bit gracialized type. Rest are Nord Indids imo.

Shashi kapoor and Rajesh khanna are the only ones that show irano afghan/iranid influences. Rest of them are predominantly nord indid with slight med.

None of them have roots in Peshawar. The Kapoors are originally from Faisalabad (West Punjab) but migrated to Peshawar while the region was under British rule.

raj kapoor was compared to clarke gable in his prime , to me his feature look like mixture of certain Punjabis and Pashtuns , I have seen dudes like him from murree and abbotabad and hindko region but he is probably lighter and better groomed. Aesthetic of rest fit in the larger ball park of Punjabi aesthetic , some might pass in indo iranic speakers of middle east but not among arabic speakers.

Damn, reminds me of the '80s and a couple of aunties that loved watching Bollywood videos. Big fans of the Kaooors and Dilip Kumar (iirc).

They looked a bit cringe to me, too obviously styled on Hollywood leading men. Not very desi.

None of them look "Indian", in that they genuinely wouldn't be thought of as Indians by non desis.
