Percentage of SSA in the average African-American?

When I was in New York most Aframs gave me the impression to be between 70% and 90% SSA, so I'd say the average Afram is 80% SSA. What do you think?

It might depend on what part of the US they are from, I heard from one American member here that race mixing was less taboo in certain states back in the day, like Louisiana for example.

I think according to 23andme data, the average African American is 73% SSA.

Probably 80-85% SSA. These studies like to whitewash every group of people as much as possible.
