What would you consider a "vampire" phenotype?

Ive just read that Bram Stoker design Dracula to look like a jew. Im not entirely sure about it so Im going to show you the description "Within, stood a tall old man, clean shaven save for a long white moustache, and clad in black from head to foot, without a single speck of colour about him anywhere. His face was a strong, a very strong, aquiline, with high bridge of the thin nose and peculiarly arched nostrils, with lofty domed forehead, and hair growing scantily round the temples but profusely elsewhere. His eyebrows were very massive, almost meeting over the nose, and with bushy hair that seemed to curl in its own profusion. The mouth, so far as I could see it under the heavy moustache, was fixed and rather cruel-looking, with peculiarly sharp white teeth. So, the bushy eyebrows/moustache and (this is the "most important idea") the aquiline nose make people think Dracula was a jew. What do you think?

Ofcourse. Stears has it too. But for example, dinarid in Austria and Montenegro won't look the same. It's widespread phenotype from France to Ukraine, and often look different.

Dinarids all look different

There are Dinarids in the UK and Spain which have those "Dinaro-Atlantid" elements and the Dinarids from Eastern Europe will look different to Dinarids from Croatia, just like how Croatian Dinarids will look different to Albanian Dinarids or Italian dinarids etc.

This brings me to my next question, what's your opinion on Western looking Dinarids like this Spaniard? Do you think they look better than the Eastern and Balkanoid ones?
