Hello everyone. I am Eóin Pól Ó Murchadha (Murphy) and I am a Spaniard.

Yes you heard that right. I am a Spaniard. Why do I say this? It is simple. The rightful king of Spain is also the rightful heir to the throne of Ireland. Currently the regent of Spain, Prince Sixtus Henry of Bourbon-Parma, Duke of Aranjuez, Infante of Spain, and Standard-bearer of Tradition is also the regent of the throne of Ireland until such a time as the rightful king takes his place.

How have I came to this conclusion? That's simple as well.

Philip II of Spain was also the king of Ireland by virtue of his marriage to Queen Mary of Ireland. Mary sadly died childless but the principal of jure uxoris ensures that Philip ascended to the titles and possessions of Mary. This is well established in European law of the time. From Poland to the Levant to Portugal.

So the rightful kings of Ireland are to be traced through the heirs of Philip II and his Spanish possessions. As you no doubt know the last Spanish Habsburg monarch was Charles who died without issue. But he appointed his heir, King Philip V of Spain, as his successor. After the War of Succession Philip was finally acknowledged and established the Bourbon line. So we trace from there.

So yes.. I'm a Spaniard and I await the day when our King takes his thrones again!

I thought Carlos Javier (http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carlos_Javier_de_Borb%C3%B3n-Parma) was "the regent".

Irish and English should be accepted as official languages of the Spanish possessions.

He is Carlos Hugo's son. However, Carlos Hugo's defection from the Carlism' principles apparently goes back at least three years before Franco's death: before 1972.

It is not clear that then and before this, Carlos Hugo didn't have illustrious company in which was said years later to be a particular adventure of his. Newspapers and periodicals library can be quoted easily: here up to 1975 while Franco was still alive.
