Very curious specimen.

Before anyone starts going on about Bell Beakers and Anatolian Tin Prospectors and the like, I might as well say that this man has a great exaggeration of features not too uncommon in Wales, rather than anything too peculiar. I suppose such a one pops up every now and then, at the end of the spectrum.
